In the image below we see the "scaly" tetrapod head, upon initial examination it appears to be feathered and indeed to the right of the creature there is a large flight feather in the amber. The second image is a close up. This head can also be seen in the images of the full piece of amber and those show how the wong bone connects and leads down to its wingclaw holding a small baby.
